COVID-19* UPDATES:

To comply with emergency orders from Governo Tony Evers;  Eleven Milwaukee County municipal leaders, supported by Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele, issued an emergency order late Monday, March 16 to close bars and restaurants in their jurisdictions to in-house patrons, effective on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 and until further notice. All courses will halt till the end of the scheduled season; stay tuned for further updates as the situation develops.

101 + Wine Workshop - A comprehensive introduction on what makes wine so unique, the history of where it came from; as well as how to get the most enjoyment from wine. Explored through 6 Glass pours ($120.00 value), we workshop with you to showcase how to taste wine, like the professionals, and give you the ultimate edge in drinking and enjoying wine with your peers! – held typically on Sundays, weekly. (workshop size 6-16 ppl)

     102 + Winemaking Workshop - This Seminar is for the die-hard aficionado of wine, you are given an understanding of what wine is at its core, with a goal of heading down a road less traveled by most drinkers, making wine. In this class we cover the elements of wine making in detail, explored through 6 glasses ($150.00 value) we cover the many styles in which wine is made. This culminates with topics that would ultimately help you craft your wine at home or know the elements of what make a quality wine. -- held typically on Sundays, monthly. (workshop size 4-12 ppl)

     201 + WINE-PRO: Workshop+lecture  - Explore through wine its many styles ($180.00 value), how it works at an elemental level, how it should be served, consumed and how to shop for wine retail and in a restaurant; flowing into the nuances of food and wine pairing with its raw components. Explored through Historic Wine Brands -- (held typically on Sundays/Mondays, monthly.) (workshop size 4-16 ppl)
